AbstractThis film has no audio and contains footage of Bud Powell's funeral procession in New York City in August 1966. There is footage of a television reporter speaking into the camera. Performing on the Jazzmobile are Barry Harris (piano), Benny Green (trombone), John Gilmore (tenor saxophone), Don Moore [uncertain] (bass), and Billy Higgins (drums). The six men walking behind the vehicle are Tony Scott, Kenny Dorham, Eddie Bonnemere [uncertain], Willie Jones [uncertain], Freddie Tolbert [uncertain], and James Weaver [uncertain]. There is a brief clip of Powell's casket in the hearse.
